The Blessing of the Home is accompanied by the beautiful
chapter 128 of Psalms, written around it in hand calligraphy,
punctuated. Blooming roses on one side, Fruit bearing apple
branches on the other, represent the husband ("Like an apple
tree among the trees of the forest…", Song of songs, 2:3)
and wife (Like a rose among thorns, so id my darling among
the maidens", Song of songs, 2:2) , interweaving the higher
elements of their life.
This is a facsimile reproduction of a parchment original,
Giclee printed and laser cut. Gold is applied by hand.

intricate floral design in bright jewel tones surrounds the
blessing, which is quoted from Proverbs 24:3-4. The blessing
appears in English in the inner circle of the border. The
outer border contains Psalm 23 in Hebrew calligraphy.
